Graves and underactive thyroid.
Hello, I was diagnosed with Graves about 8 years ago, eventually the correct number of carbimazole found a good balance. This year my weight has increased I am permanently exhausted, called my G.P. after they consulted the hospital, I was told to reduce my medication by a very small amount for 4 months

Anyone diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia before being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition?
My daughter was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia (TN) aged 22. At the time she had an ANA of 640:1 but no specific antibodies. I have heard from a USA neurologist that scleroderma, sjogrens, RA, MCTD and lupus can attack the trigeminal nerve in the face cause this trigeminal neuralgia pain - especially

Consistent with b12 absorption problem?
Hi folks This is my b12 journey. For context, I have autoimmune under-active thyroid disease (diagnosed 2017) and eat a diet rich in vitamin b12. In July 2018 I felt unwell with symptoms of b12 deficiency and an active b12 test came back at 34.3. I went to my GP, but my total b12 was just in range

Hi, I've just had some bloods done due to weight gain, feeling generally unwell, menopausal symptoms and also to review my underactive thyroid, I'm on 125mcg Levothyroxine. My T4 is 21 (range 11.20-20.20), TSH 0.04 (range 0.27-4.20), FSH has been measured at 55.9. My GP wants to start me on HRT. Does
