lupus and exercise
Hey, I have recently been diagnosed with lupus after suffering with joint shin pains for 9 months. I used to do sport, especially the gym but havenโt done any exercise since the pain. I wonder if thereโs any tips on if I can get back to exercising or managing the pain, I havenโt had a chance to speak

Lupus/Rheumatoid arthritis & subcutaneous nodules.
Hello. I hope youโre all doing well. 5 years ago, whilst living in the midlands, I was diagnosed with negative ana lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. I was looked after by a wonderful team and felt very grateful. Unfortunately, 3 years ago we had to relocate due to my partnerโs career and the rheumatology

Versus arthritis leaflet on steroids and PMR
I picked up a leaflet/booklet from Versus Arthritis about Steroid tablets in a hospital the other day and I think it would be useful particularly to those new to PMR/taking steroids. An updated new version is available free to download or you can order a free paper copy from them via their website.
