Mini strokes in SLE
Doctors can't not relate but have been diagnosed when I was 26 with TIA and advised
aspirin
and some other med which I can't remember. My 26 year old is different and I was not aware I had SLE (I am almost 51 now). So I don't know what to do.

Anyone with experience of taking Dipyridamole and Aspirin together ?
I seem to be making matters worse by dropping Clopidrigol for the Dipyridamole and
Aspirin
. I got these this morning, and I don’t feel happy about taking them the bleeding starting again.

Questions on thrombophilia screening?
I’ve been taking clexane and
aspirin
already for the two chemicals which I understood were related to blood clotting. Has anyone had changes to protocol as a result other than these?

I spoke to surgery pharmacist as I am also on Clopidogrel and Rosuvastatin he has advised going back to
aspirin
instead of Clopidogrel. The last few days I haven't taken either as afraid of making bowels worse. In short pretty sure this is meds related but which one ?

She started me on statins and referred me to cardiology but not

I’ve been on extra progesterone, clexane and

Interaction between aspirin and pred.
The doctor also prescribed statins, glyceryl nitrate spray and
aspirin
. Although it's not listed specifically Corticosteroids are mentioned as a medicine that the
aspirin
may affect. Does anyone have any experience of this or have any knowledge what the effect could be.

Statins
I'm not overly keen on meds full stop, but have agreed to 75mg
aspirin
. Any help either way welcome - I'm reading a lot about red yeast rice? Thank you Colin

Significant drop in platelets
I am on 2 low-dose
aspirin
and therapeutic phlebotomies as needed (sometimes every 3 weeks and sometimes ever 3 - 4 months). Symptom burden has drastically improved over the past 6 - 8 months. Just curious if anyone else has experience with significant platelet drop within a short period.

I am nearly 79 and have been dx with ET since 2021 and on hydroxycarbamide and low dose
aspirin
. I got shingles in June 2022 and it was pretty awful for about 4 months and my foot still has nerve damage.

Antihistamine protocol
For the transfer, I will be taking prednisone 10mg twice daily and
aspirin
150mg from cd2 and forward. I've also heard about adding antihistamines to your protocol. In north America they use clairitin, benedryl and pepcid. However I'm in Europe.

Triple Positive, High Titres, no event yet. Prevention?
I have already been taking low-dose
aspirin
for years because of higher stroke risk due to migraine with aura. Is there anything else I can be doing in terms of prevention? My first hematologist appointment is in a month, anything in particular I should be asking? Thanks.

Everything taste awful - like vinegar!
They were the usual -
Aspirin
, Clopidogrel, Ramipril, Atovastatin, Bisoprolol, and Lansoprazole. Five weeks ago food and drink began to taste awful - sour or vinegarish. I can't bear to eat any dairy, fruit or meat. I can eat vegetables and eggs, and can tolerate fish.

Low ferritin
I take
aspirin
, a spoonful of cod liver oil and half a tin of grapefruit every day to keep my haematocrit within range. My blood profile is good and my circulating iron levels are within range but my ferritin level is 5-6 ng/ml.

Newbie here! 👋
They are now pumping me with even more drugs (anti platelets , statins,
aspirin
, stomach saving meds etc). I’m happy to take everything except statins.

no stent-tortuos artery
Bisoprolol, Ezitemibe and
Aspirin
. By the way the Angio was fine, except the trainee cardiologist hacked away at right wrist, then decided he couldn't get the wire up, so opened up left wrist! At least I have matching bruises!😍
