Antihistamine protocol

Hi everyone o have my last transfer next month and wanted to try everything I can as this is my last attempt. I have downregulated for 3 months on zorodex as I have adenomyosis and endo.

For the transfer, I will be taking prednisone 10mg twice daily and aspirin 150mg from cd2 and forward.

I've also heard about adding antihistamines to your protocol. In north America they use clairitin, benedryl and pepcid. However I'm in Europe. Can anyone in Europe tell me what they tried when including an antihistamine protocol?
