Circumcision post op experience
12 days ago i had a circmcision. Since a young child i have suffered from not being able to withdraw the foreskin and intercourse resulted in skin splits and pain. After years of splits healing, skin inserting on the glans and skin thickening i built up courage to share my experience with my GP. This

A GP advises she or the surgery cannot give me a prescription for hypertonic saline as it is not on the surgery list.
Can anyone shed light on why a GP at my new surgery advises me that she cannot write me a prescription for hypertonic saline at 3% as it is not on her (something or other?) - I can't remember the word she used, she can prescribe normal saline apparently. The hypertonic saline has been advised and prescribed

Daily Sputum from coughing
Good afternoon everyone, I suffer with severe Bronchiectasis and I use my nebuliser/postural draining daily to bring up Sputum. I use ventolin and saline Nebs to do this. I usually can cough up a sample container full in the morning and then less as the day goes on. When I have an infection coming in

Bronchiectasis
Hi, This is my first post here. Diagnosed with non CF bronchiectasis last year after a five year period of on/off coughing fits and infections. Physio gave me a flutter device which I use faithfully every day. I also have crohn's disease and take immuno-suppressants which may have been the cause of bronchiectasis

6-week update on ocaliva
Update on me. For reference I was diagnosed with PBC in March 2017, with the levels in the parentheses below. Went on urso which was helping but then plateaued over the summer. Started Ocaliva 11/13. I was very nervous about it. Was really itchy weeks 2-4, it’s better now. ALP from 274 to 191 ( high

Ocaliva and weight gain.
Hey everyone my name is Debbie, I have had PBC for at least 13 years but the title was put on it about 4 1/2 years. I was put on ursodol but my numbers didn't go down enough. I started ocaliva 3 months ago and already gained 10 pounds. As anyone else had this problem and what did you do to change it.

Punctuate Epithelial Erosions
Last Thursday morning I woke at 4am with an extremely painful eye. I figured I must have had a foreign body in there. I promptly fell back to sleep but as soon as I awoke, at about 9a,m I felt the exquisitely painful eye again. My husband and I used my saline drops to flush the eye (over and over again

HELP With mucus :(
Hi all, Just wondering if anyone knows any home remedies or tricks to help a baby breathe better. My 3 months old little one is having problems breathing (specially at night) we have visited the GP twice regarding this issue and apparently there is nothing I cannot do... which is very frustrating.

Generic URSO & Effectiveness
