Solution / ideas to beat pain?
I have chronic arthritis in my hands, causing terrible pain and stiffness in particular, sometimes it's ok...but much of the time it's really bad...especially at night. Tried all sorts and wondered if anyone has a definite solution / ideas?

Hashimotos. Lichen S and now possibly Rheumatoid arthritis?..
Hi all, I take 75mg Levo (hashimotos). Last couple of weeks my right arm, elbow and wrist has become more and more painful, sore and weak. I also have pains in my other arm but not as bad. Most of my joints are sore and painful at different times. My knees are both swollen and the skin looks purple

I have been on Pred for just over three years and with some difficulty got down to 5 mg .All was going quite well for several months though i was not entirely pain free.( I don’t think I have ever suffered as badly as some ).I did start to notice pain in the joints of my thumbs , but at 80 I thought

Hypothyroidism and back pain.
Anyone know any connections between hypothyroidism and back pain. Especially herniated discs and arthritis. I've been having some serious trouble and can't seem to get relief. Any tips on pain relief in the lumbar area?? I'm running out of hope between both problems and really really struggling.

Eliquis vs. NSAIDs
Ive had AF for many years and am considered “chronic”. I also have arthritis sporting bilateral knee replacements 12 years ago and a hip replacement. I take hydrocodone for pain. I take Eliquis for my anticoagulant and have been advised never to take an NSAID (ibuprofen, aspirin, etc.), which is what

Arthritis and Thyroid
Hello is anyone with arthritis taking thyroxine or NDT (natural desiccated thyroid) ? Some are saying taking NDT will cure my arthritis and I’m not convinced (especially when sourcing could be a problem in these times). I look forward to your responses.
