Beautiful thick hair...gone!! Lost, myself! Who I was! Due to this drug!!!! And Dr. Who put me on it!
Exercise, meditation, yoga,
aromatherapy
, music, to relax, to sleep... hot tea, pure cherry juice before bed, is excellent sleep inducer. Not cheap. But worth it. Very healthy! Try melatonin vitamins. Definetly seeking lawsuit against "Gabepintin " drug, manufacturers!!!! Help!!!

Hi all What a crap four days I have had!!! Pain bad head wanting to do things pain going "err not today Josephine" Not my actual name but one my dad gave me when I was little. from the East bearing gifts......
We realised we'd known each other for 27 years, having met on an
Aromatherapy
course. Much activity then, trying to fit in as much as we could in 3 days & all on foot or by public transport. Still having trouble walking uphill, even on half dose beta blocker.

Product recommendations for a little happiness boost?
Also I use scented candles, diffusers, bath and shower oils, and
aromatherapy
products from various brands - anything that helps to make me feel a little better. Just wondered if it might be nice to swap some ideas.

Light-headedness, fear of fainting
I've recently been looking into
aromatherapy
. I hope someone can shed some clarity on this. It's truly a horrible thing to experience and I've felt so alone until finding this forum.

Any New News on Xolair? How essential oils have helped me be calmer.
I have decided to take an
aromatherapy
course. to try and get educated on this subject and how it can help me and my fellow asthmatics. . I know there is life outside the pharmaceuticals and chemicals.

High antibodies, Normal TSH and after 8 months... very low TSH!
I used
aromatherapy
(frankincense oil), and underwent wet cupping (which does wonders). Had costus powder for 2 months, Plus some healthy supplements to heal my leaky gut (detox program, green juice, pro-biotic supplement, L-glutamin powder).
