Earthing for anxiety
I use several natural treatments for my anxiety,
aromatherapy
, deep breathing, Bach flower remedies, homeopathy and more, but recently I've found earthing a useful alternative. You can of course walk barefoot on the grass, but I find it more convenient to 'earth' indoors.

Reiki For Cancer Patients In California?
Even before my husband passed away, I often thought that it would be great to offer Reiki as yet another complementary therapy alongside Reflexology and
Aromatherapy
at Irish Hospitals.

aromatherapy diffusers
Does anyone use an essential oil diffuser? I just bought a new cordless one so I can move it around anywhere. I recommend it. It reminds me to breathe deeply and the different scents can be so therapuetic too. ❤️

Seeing If Support Groups Help Me (and vice versa)
This year I have embraced ideas I used to be skeptical of: acupuncture,
aromatherapy
, and meditation/mindfulness. I believe they've helped a lot (I would recommend trying these if you haven't), but that I have a lot more ahead of me.

All this effort does pay off - my story - hope it helps !
It's now just period cramping which I can manage with yoga,
aromatherapy
and meditation, sometimes the odd painkiller. I have no problems in-between periods, no pain during sex, no random spotting. It's amazing, I have my life back! Periods are lighter, well probably what they should be now.

My boyfriend has suffered from a traumatic brain injury.
I changed him, massaged him, exercised him, played music for him, did
aromatherapy
for him, make sure he always has cream on his but to stay away from bed sores. He is the love of my life, so I’m doing everything I can. But on oct 2 me and his mother got into a argument.

Relaxing Image
Reiki,
aromatherapy
, meditation and gong baths (that one sounds terrible but the sound of the gongs ever so gently played like a singing bowl sends you to another place of peace). Funnily I've found painting. So I timidly share them with you. I hope you enjoy and relax. 🌻🧚♀️🐝👩🌾😊

Anti-aromatherapy?
New study below, from Duke [1]. It has been known for 20 years that the prostate has an olfactory receptor [OR] specifically OR51E2, also named prostate-specific G-protein-coupled receptor (PSGR). [2] (2009) "The differential expression of PSGR between normal and tumor tissues was highly significant

I'm not sure when, but they asked me to put something together,
