Advice
Long time since I have asked a question. I love my aroma therapy essential oil diffuser but I am finding that I am coughing alot when it has been on for a long period. Can anyone give me some advice on this. Should I or should not be using this when I have asthma ( still relatively new to asthma ) Thanks

Is aromatherapy safe during first trimester
Hello! I’m currently 5 weeks pregnant and wondered if there are any scents I should be avoiding? I love a scented candle, bath oils, pillow spray etc but have been too nervous to use any of them in case it’s not safe. Thank you!

Aromatherapy
:) I haven't done too much research on
aromatherapy
and of course it won't replace real therapy and real support.

Has anyone been in so much pain that they find it distressing?
I've taken pain meds, I've got a tens machine on, I've used
aromatherapy
and haven't done much today but the pain is still unbearable. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, what were some things that helped? I'm at a bit of a loss of what to do Thanks x

I survived from a Panic Attack
I lay there, I grabbed my
aromatherapy
therapy bracelet which I recently I bought, I had put Jasmine essential oil in it a week ago. As I was experimenting with different oils. So I lay there and took breaths, inhaled the scent. I was able to calm down and fell asleep peacefully.

How much iron supplement to take?
Once I had hiked all day long, another time I was at a campfire for a couple hours and wondered if the smoke helped and that
aromatherapy
might be viable. Anyways, I hope I can figure this all out eventually. Cheers everyone!

Am I the only one on the planet or do others also experience occasional pain in heart for a second, centre of chest with ecotpics ?
Hi, notice that when I'm stressed, anxious, I get gas bubbles that form in my esophagus and experience indigestion. I notice that this irritates my vagus nerve as it is in the esophagus and that controls the heart's rhythm, so I'll get an ectopic (either a skipped or extra beat) Sometimes I'll get a
