Interesting relief for Anxiety and Stress

Just search Aromatherapy bracelets. All different types of kinds you will find. Usually I was into the necklace thing. The aromatherapy ones you drop essential oil scent whichever you feel might help calm you down.

I survived from a Panic Attack

I lay there, I grabbed my aromatherapy therapy bracelet which I recently I bought, I had put Jasmine essential oil in it a week ago. As I was experimenting with different oils. So I lay there and took breaths, inhaled the scent. I was able to calm down and fell asleep peacefully.

Panic Attacks In my Sleep

I can't take melatonin cause it affects birth control, I've tried aromatherapy with lavender oil and MONQ pens, I watch ASMR and keep the fan on but no matter what setting, if I'm with my Boyfriend, If I was tired all day, or what I eat.

My intro

I'm trying both short term fixes (breathing, aromatherapy, herbal teas) and also working on some long term assistance such as cleaning up my filthy house.

How much iron supplement to take?

Once I had hiked all day long, another time I was at a campfire for a couple hours and wondered if the smoke helped and that aromatherapy might be viable. Anyways, I hope I can figure this all out eventually. Cheers everyone!

Aromatherapy Diffusers

I stopped using candles because of the toxins they produce but like the idea of an aromatherapy diffuser. I hear that peppermint and lavender can be good for breathing problems. Has anyone got one and have they proved beneficial? Thanks in advance.

Reflexology

Oils are supposed to be good and including aromatherapy. Brain medicine from amazon - mostly vitamins. Has anyone tried hypnosis? What do you think of these techniques, quacks or real stimulation?

Am I the only one on the planet or do others also experience occasional pain in heart for a second, centre of chest with ecotpics ?

Hi, notice that when I'm stressed, anxious, I get gas bubbles that form in my esophagus and experience indigestion. I notice that this irritates my vagus nerve as it is in the esophagus and that controls the heart's rhythm, so I'll get an ectopic (either a skipped or extra beat) Sometimes I'll get a

In our other posts this month we’ll also cover acupuncture, meditation and mindfulness and aromatherapy. Reflexology is massage of the feet or hands (and sometimes the ears, lower legs or face)and combines direct massage touch from the therapist’s hands and energy therapy.

inherited hyperthyroidism - till death due us part?

One girl got better after getting pregnant (which is impossible for me, since my reproduction system is non existent), one lady healed herself with some magical aromatherapy drops (which I thought was bull, but who knows - after being diagnosed, I believe almost anything).

Earthing for anxiety

I use several natural treatments for my anxiety, aromatherapy, deep breathing, Bach flower remedies, homeopathy and more, but recently I've found earthing a useful alternative. You can of course walk barefoot on the grass, but I find it more convenient to 'earth' indoors.

How Does Smoking Affect Sleep??

Good options include aromatherapy, deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation, yoga, warm baths, journaling, or reading. 5. Lean on others for support. Quitting is very hard.
