Sciatica treatment
Hello, this is my first post and I hope you can help. Five weeks ago I was prescribed Oramorph for Sciatica. This has messed up my whole sleep pattern. I am getting 2 to 3 hours of broken sleep. (Usually a good 8 hours). The pain is now manageable with Naproxen and Paracetamol so I have come off

Looking for some advice on constant shortness of breath. Seen by GP several times, awaiting consultant appt.
Spoke to them again couple weeks later, they changed my BP med and gave me some
antihistamines
to try and see if that made a difference - Nothing... Past few weeks it’s become quite a bit worse and it’s driving me nuts.

Worried
Yesterday she had a video call with the doctor who prescribed
antihistamines
. She took one at 14 - 30 yesterday afternoon & she is still the same this morning. One eye is also closed now due to the puffiness.

Cough remedies?
Hello, Ive been having minor asthma issues for a few weeks now (8 to be exact). These all settled eventually after being advised by a family member to try an antihistamine and I've been pretty good for around 3 weeks now. I've never been bothered by hay fever before however, this really seemed to help

Don’t know what to do anymore 😢
Eyesight went extremely bad, weight gain, allergies and ENT issues but the worst was a cough and coughing fits and chest tightness that would not go away with cough syrup or
antihistamines

Treadmill to outdoor Transition - You can do it!!
Hi everyone, I just wanted to share my experience, for anyone who has started the programme on a treadmill and is finding it difficult outside. I started the couch to 5K mid January, running on a treadmill in the gym due to some mental health issues/general self confidence issues. I got to week 6 run

Ongoing allergic reaction... and horrible horrible hives...
Well since then it's only got worse, I was put on
antihistamines
, then more
antihistamines
, then steroids and
antihistamines
as the hives have continued to get worse. On Friday I ended up at hospital with my face swelling - and I now have an emergency epi pen.

Asthma?
I had trouble breathing three days ago so I called my doctor and was put on antihistamine and relief inhalur. My nan took my cat. I needed the inhaler after the first attack caused by mold spores (I think), candles in shop (essential shopping), hand sanitiser, dust or cat hair and fizzy drink. I set

Fed up not being able to breathe properly
I've now been using beconase and been given
antihistamines
to try because I have nasal drip. I'm not sure these are helping either. I've weaned myself off the inhaler.

Anyone else take Promethazine Hydrochloride?
I take two of these with Clonazepam, they are a sedative antihistamine, am coming down off the Clonazepam trying not to take as many, I am disturbed during the night but not enough to make me stalk the bungalow.
