Mucus throat

I have had a vast amount of mucus in my throat that I can’t cough up and have trouble swallowing my dr thinks could be allergy but I’ve tried antihistamine and steroid spray and it’s not getting better does anyone’s have any suggestions as this is now in week 4 thanks

Just try steam inhalation. It will loosen the mucus and you can cough it out. I found relief.

Hi Cassie, I've just replied to another post, but I also had the same symptoms, use black seed oil, check out the different uses and you will be surprised, I had congestion and throat phlegm for over a year, it will give you relief.

I have had this for a long while, drink PLENTY of water, and then more! Daily, use black seed oil. I tried the same meds as you and didn't do much, but Dymista helped me with post nasal drip. (It drys it up) and therefore helps with constant throat clearing. Do you have nasal congestion??
