Advice pleaae
Since I have had a dry tickle in the throat cough (6 weeks) Saw my doctor on Monday who checked my lungs which sound clear, he’s given my
antibiotics
/steroids and an inhaler. He’s always sending me for a chest scan but warned that may be about 20weeks.

How soon after taking a 300mg Flecinaide PIP can I take another
I expressed my concern that I might get another AF episode before the
antibiotics
fully work, I explained that the max daily dose of Flec is 400mg I couldn’t understand why I shouldnt be able to take it every 24 hours. Does anyone else have a 48hr restriction on their Flec Pip and do you know why?

Spotting, faint lines and cramping - the usual 2ww dramas
I found out yesterday I also have a uti which I need
antibiotics
for. I did a FRER and it’s the same consistent faint line. I’m thinking this might be a chemical but obviously still holding out a little hope - it’s not over till it’s over!!! Anyone had a similar experience?

Any connections between bibasilar atelectasis, autoimmune diseases, Covid infections and/or Covid vaccinations?
I also had a chest infection in Nov this year, after the CT scan and it was treated with
antibiotics
. Regarding Covid jabs, I’ve had 4 to date - 2 very bad reactions (one allergic reaction with AZ and one neurological one with Pfizer, which is still being investigated.)

Seborrheic dermatitis with AMN
I'm told only longterm skin
antibiotics
would ease the situation. The itching drives one crazy, I have to wash my hair daily throughout the hotter months. I also inherited this from my dad although he was never seriously affected by it.

In hospital with asthma
Home care of steroids and
antibiotics
didn't help and I ended up having an asthma attack. I've been in hospital over a week now on a resp ward and it is improving, but so much slower than I want. I feel so scared.

Could see a gp, got to a nurse who at least gave me
antibiotics
hopefully they will kick in soon. The cramps and stomach pain seem to be radiating in all directions I have the chills so bad I am shaking, for the most part cold is a rare complaint...

6 years on after mtbi abroad and only just accepting I’ve got PTSD and/or chronic PCS but difficulty getting help/diagnosis from GP
Multiple lots of
antibiotics
did nothing and I had weeks off in my new job. It was part time, working 3 days out of 7 but even when I wasn’t ill I spent the other 4 days recovering/preparing to go back in again. It became hell, this job that should have been straightforward.

In the past I took
antibiotics
and predizone during copd flare ups.. Now I use trelegy inhaler.. Anyone out there with issues like mine.. I am beginning to think I should take a drug to throw off the effects of lepton. My Gleason scale number was 8 from biopsies..

Hypothyroid newbie. Horrible sinus cold/strep throat. Can’t take usual Sudafed with levothyroxine. Advice on how to feel better?
He got ten days
antibiotics
. For last few days I feel terrible, fever, sinus pain, blocked nose, sore throat and cough. I would usually take Sudafed and power through. Now I’ve got very anxious in case sinus with thyroid can be dangerous somehow?! Should I go to doctor?

NHS medication requested from GP surgery
I expect we all have repeat scripts showing when we can request regular medication, and when it was last issued, the date we can request more, and date when review is due. Most of my items were due for review on Thursday 2 March 2023. However nothing has happened, except with my antibiotic Azithromycin

New Year , and I've come down with Strep. Here's some info if you suspect it and need to get tested safely.
The
antibiotics
are only likely to reduce the time with strep by a few days , but they are important to take to reduce the possibility of the strep causing you to develop something nastier like Scarlet Fever , Rheumatic Fever, Reactive Arthritis or Kidney Function problems.

Suggestions on questions for next steps 🙏🏻
They got me on the right
antibiotics
thankfully and I’ve been doing much better since November time. However I’m still being scanned as it was 5cm still the last time so it is still there. Not sure if there is now fluid in my tube as well which I know can affect implantation.

Hey everyone Sorry I've not been around much, between sleeping and Mum visiting I've not had a lot of time. Plus I've not got a lot to say I'm still coughing an awful lot but I'm off the IV antibiotic drip and on them orally. V x
