Problems after finishing my treatment for CLL.

I took Covid in July that resulted in a Lung infection I was admitted to hospital and stayed there for 10 weeks I had 20 different antibiotics and ant-virals they could not understand as they had never had this before, I had 2 Bronchoscopes the respiratory consultant, last Friday said my lungs had greatly improved and sign me back to Haematology who said my bloods were fine but I’m having terrible withdrawals from Steroids I shake, have terrible headache and both my large toes feel numb but the left leg to the top feel number.. just wonder if anyone our there have these symptoms

Hi Mary. I've had steroids a few times and always been told I'd probably get withdrawal symptoms if I didn't reduce the dose very slowly. Maybe you could check with your the consultant about that? Hope you feel better soon.

My right toe is numb and leg but I have spinal stenosis and awaiting surgery. I haven’t had steroids for over 2 years. Hope you get some relief soon. Xx

Did they mention it could be long covid? I hear some experience all kinds of serious health issues months after recovering from a covid infection.
