Anyone have hypercalcemia?

What does this mean?
Hi. Me = male, ET, 80 year old. I am off to see the Haematologist on Tuesday so I asked the GP surgery for a copy of my latest Blood count - and I would appreciate any comments. All levels refer to 'normal' reference ranges My White Blood Cell count, MCV, MCH, Neutrophil and Basophil are all above

B12 217ng/L low folate/serum ferritin
Hello,I have been suffering with exhaustion, lighted head and occasionally hard to catch my breath. My doctor ran bloods, my folate is low at 3.4ug/L, serum ferritin 19.9ug/L and B12 is within range at 218ng/L(but low end). I'm wondering did anyone take B12 shots with these levels and did it help? Or

I KNOW I probably have Pernicious
Anaemia
as all the signs have pointed in that direction for years and further back still if you count what I remember about my parents. But THEY know better-they who refuse to look at different parts of a body as a whole.

I have had CLL since 2013 watch and wait. Recently hemoglobin levels dropped and a bit anemic so been advised 3 types of treatment. However left to make own choice. Guess would like to know what other people have tried and how effective treatment was.

Don't want to go back on the pill/more surgeries! Deep infiltrating endo on bowel and uterine polyp removed recently for heavy bleeding.
Had so much bleeding and clots for 3 weeks, needed blood transfusion and iron infusion due to excessive blood loss and severe
anaemia
. Discovered and removed uterine polyp and it stopped the bleeding immediately. Polyp was the cause of the heavy bleeding for me.

After a series of blood tests, turns out I am on the cusp of under active thyroid, and I have macrocytic

Iron and magnesium levels plus
Hi everyone. I recently had blood tests done as suggested and results have come back showing slightly low magnesium level at 0.68mmol/L and serum ferritin level of 60ng/ml. (Low?) I've been asked to go back for retest on the magnesium but no mention of the iron? Looking back on my test results I had

potential endo diagnosis
I’ve also had numerous blood tests to look for
anaemia
amongst other things due to being so tired and bruising easily. I never thought to connect these issues or the fact that I’ve always had heavy and then horrendously painful periods as I just assumed a bowel issue was more likely.

Vitamin B12 produced by gut bacteria modulates cholinergic signalling
I simply can't help but think that this has some relevance to Pernicious
Anaemia
. But goodness knows what! And the lack of access precludes reading it all to try to find out.

GP Consultation
One area that I question is that when I mentioned pernicious
anaemia
, he said ‘no, it’s ok, you are not anaemic’🤔 He was also unaware that a change in brand could cause a problem, but was willing to listen when I respectfully pointed out the problems that could occur with Teva.
