Another Montelukast conundrum
I’ll try to keep this short, but not sure if I can. I was put on Montelukast a year ago, after yet another bout of respiratory virus leading to antibiotics and Prednisolone. Since then it has been much better, that is i haven’t caught loads of colds. Just one, and I could manage that myself, thankfully

Couch to 5K, anyone?
I have mild chronic asthma and hay fever. I’m 68 and overweight. I’ve just signed up to Couch to 5K and did my first ‘run’ yesterday. It was hard and I cheated a bit at the end. Am I a fool to give this a go in my state of health? Anyone else with asthma done this?

All these different symptoms
Anyone ever feel like they have so much pressure built behind there nose and cheeks? I was thinking allergies at first but I take my daily allergy meds. I’m not sure if it’s built up tension or just tense muscle or what. It’s like so much pressure will build up then release then build up again. Please

Food intolerance test
After my last couple of posts, I have come to the conclusion thanks to all the lovely people in here that I should probably check myself for food allergies so I have ordered the smartblood food intolerance test (only the 1st step though)... Although I am almost certain I have no allergies it would be

Allergic to dog?
Just looking for a bit of advice. Around the time I got my new dog I started to experience some chest symptoms such as dry cough and itchy feeling in lungs that comes and goes. I’m anxious I’m allergic to him. I have no other symptoms around him except if he scratches me I get small non itchy hives.

Hay fever
How’s everyone doing with hay fever? Quick question does anyone’s neck glands come up & throat feel inflamed when their hay fever is bad? My throat at the front feels swollen, inflamed & glands up. It comes and go with my hay fever so don’t feels it’s an infection or cold etc.

Food glorious food
I got my 12 week house arrest right at the start. My husband and I keep a well stocked larder and freezer. However with not going out and no online shopping slots we were down to the dregs. We had some very odd meals from the bottom of the freezer. Then finally on Monday an email from Tesco giving us

Hayfever medication help!
I am 12+5 with a first pregnancy and normally suffer really badly with hay fever. However my normal medication (Fexofendine 180mg) isn't safe during pregnancy. I've tried cetirizine and loratadine before but neither has worked for me. I'm not sure who to go to as I won't be able to get a GP appointment

Hashimoto thyroid
I was on Armour thyroid 30+ 15 for a few years. Been getting rash on arms after dinner. I recently changed to Synthroid and cytomel but still having a rash. Has anyone experienced this? Had a allergy test done which showed allergy to cows milk. How odd because rash appears before I have my evening milk

The Dreaded Hayfever
Just wondering if anyone else is starting to suffer with hayfever symptoms. I'm down in Cornwall and starting feeling it in my throat and my eyes are starting to feel a little itchy. I've not really been in contact with anyone other than the chap at the click and collect, so don't think it's a cold or
