Allergies/common cold or covid

I am so nervous as I have health anxiety already .

I have chest discomfort, post natal drip that cause my chest to feel tight , stuffy and runny nose aching ears .with slight headache

I’m sure it’s allergies but what are some of the things you do to relieve your chest congestion and allergies in general ??

Have those too, add in shortness of breath (which I have) and you got a fuel to your health anxiety

I’m always thinking about the worst, you got to be strong and remember that your thoughts can’t control your life
