I've been circumsized 3 days ago and my penis is still healing. Is the inflamed thing on the back of the head of the penis normal?
Hello, I've just been circumsized for 3 days ago. And I just wanna ask if my penis is fine and healing properly. The only thing I'm worried about is about the swollen (and kinda inflated?) thing in the back of the head of my penis, I'm afraid it might be an infection. I'm consuming my medical treatments

Alendronic acid tablets
Although I was diagnosed with PMR over a year ago I was not prescribed alendronic acid tablets until a month ago due to an oversight at the surgery However I have not responded well to these tablets at all with even worse reflux and mouth ulcers over the following 24 hours. I take 40mg of esomeprazole

Serious pain after first alendronic acid tablet
Hi, I took my first alendronic acid tablet yesterday and all was fine until the evening when I was in a lot of pain in my ribd, collar bone and hips. It felt like I had seriously strained all the muscles and muscles the tendons were pulling really hard making my muscles and bones ache. I didn't sleep

Cream (autophagy) fast
Fasting is good for you - and helps you lose weight, reverse insulin resistance, etc. But I do not need to lose weight - and autophagy is another benefit of fasting. (You re-cycle damaged cells, amino acids, viruses, and rubbish - and rebuild a new, younger self afterwards.) Dr Mindy says, to get into

ALPHA LIPOIC ACID FOR RLS?
Has anyone ever taken alpha lipoic acid and noticed a great improvement in RLS symptoms? I'd like volunteers to help me to test it out. I have been noticing improvement, since my problem is inflammation.

Just a little reassurance.
Hello everyone. Just to say I had my covid vaccination two days ago (Sat 27th Feb) and I've been ok. 🙂 I'm currently on 11mg prednisolone, Alendronic Acid, Propanolol, Atorvastatin and Calci-D. Yesterday my arm felt slightly sore at the point of the injection and also a little achey, but nothing

New insight into how anti-inflammatory effects of omega-3 fatty acids could help reduce depression
Research led by King’s College London has, for the first time, shown that when omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are given to patients with depression they are metabolised into molecules called lipid mediators and the levels of these in the blood are linked to an improvement in symptoms. The

I just made Chia Jam for the first time!😋Thank you Cooper27 for your wonderful recommendation! 😊🙏❤️🌺
Hello everyone, hope you have a wonderful day ahead! 🤗 I’m so excited to make Chia jam this late afternoon as I looked it up on YouTube how to make it. It is so quick, easy, no mess, healthy and tasty. 😋👍 I love how no sugar added and no canning process needed. It can last in the fridge about one

Prolia / Denosumab Opinions
I had first Prolia last August and I just had second. I did feel very achy for a number of weeks after the first. I have just googled and seen alarming things like Infections with Prolia / rebound fractures/ lots of problems. By the way , only on it as I found Alendronic acid hard to comply

Denosumab / Prolia ? Opinions
Has anyone here had Prolia ( Denosumab ) as they kept forgetting to take Alendronic acid . Prolia is a 6 monthly injection. I have been googling and become very alarmed. I certainly wont have it again. I would be grateful if anyone who has had it could share their experiences.
