still not started the c25k = anxiety, agoraphobia
I remember years ago wanting to give up smoking and always saying next week, next month, tomorrow etc. By the time the self-promised dead line arrived I just didn't feel ready. Anyway, I woke up one and day and thought to myself. "Today is the day". And that was that. Instinctively I knew that was

DLA reconsideration decision.
In any case I can't get to an appeal because of my
agoraphobia
. To say I'm upset is an understatement.

Can anyone offer me some advice about the Government Work Programme Scheme?
I suffer from anxiety which manifests as panic attacks and
agoraphobia
. For the past year I've been claiming jobseekers (I was turned down for ESA) and I've now been told I have now been placed on a work programme by the local Disability Employment Advisor.

Starting the plan with anxiety disorder, agoraphobia and panic attacks, palpitations (eptopic beats - confirmed, nothing serious). Hahahaha!
If you aren't exercising because of panic disorder and
agoraphobia
but are challenging yourself to do the C25K - I'd love to keep in touch to see how you get on.

I have had this most of my life (from early childhood, and had my first panic attack at 19 which I eventually understood to be
agoraphobia
) and used alcohol/Ativan/Valium to cope for most of my life before I got to rehab.

Feeling terrified
I also have
agoraphobia
which again has fluctuated. I have read some very sad posts on here lately and wish I could help some people more. I am currently receiving some help from Mind for my
agoraphobia
which is fantastic but I have had a terrible relapse with my anxiety.

Lows
Firstly, it means I have to leave the house and travel the few miles to the registry office , seems simple enough but the
agoraphobia
has a tendency to flare up when I'm under pressure to be somewhere ( I was supposed to go into town today with my son but couldn't, even though I'd been looking forward
