I'm Alive !
just thought I'd hopefully give some living proof of what is possible even after 33 years of anxiety/panics
agoraphobia
and depression. Wishing you all well, and hope you like the photo, its not me though :-) I'm not that fear free yet ! B xxx

Doubts.
I've sent off my therapy referral form (I want to beat this
agoraphobia
). I'm looking into adult education courses to get me out and around other people. But I still doubt myself. Can I really do this?

Shocked by DWP document on Fibro
I have mental health issues (eg anxiety, social and
agoraphobia
etc) as well as fibro but so many of the symptoms of fibro are mental AS WELL as physical eg fatigue and cognitive skills just as many mental health problems are physical AS WELL eg IBS, breathing, palpitations etc.

The dreaded hearing
The guy was rude and obnoxious and was not interested in my mental state, anyway, as a sufferer of extreme
agoraphobia
and anxiety I was told I was fit to work, considering I can't do public places or public transport this will be a miracle!!

I'm Scared re New ESA Changes.
I have both - my anxiety, panic attacks and
agoraphobia
pre-dated my fibromyalgia (at least in terms of formal diagnosis).

Last night when I was having a panic attack I realised something and want to pass on to those who are struggling.
However the panic attacks, the depression, the
agoraphobia
are all symptoms that we are all human and have different levels of how much junk we can take. I think it is our mind and body saying we have to cut ourselves some slack and be kind to ourselves.

Anxiety and agoraphobia
Since then I have developed feelings of
agoraphobia
and cannot go out unless my husband takes me in the car. I cannot go in large supermarkets and have to use the smaller shops if he drives me there. I feel very isolated and like a prisoner in my own home.

I would like to go to the Breathe Easy group but I "suffer" from a form of
agoraphobia

todays update
I decided that I'd have to nip this in the bud before
agoraphobia
sets in again, so tried to go to a small supermarket - but just couldn't! I even thought about getting a taxi to Asda,as they have plenty of scooters instore to use, but I jjust couldn't make myself go.

My week gets worse & worse
Maybe I shouldn't mention the depression & 17years of
agoraphobia
. It's so farsical - untill fairly recently I would have been considered a pensioner by now. I don't know whether to laugh or cry! Sorry for the epic blog - I needed to let off steam
