15+ year Panic disorder, now pregnant
For over 15 years, I have suffered with depression, anxiety, and panic attacks with
agoraphobia
at several points in time. I found success and life again a few years ago when I began taking Effexor XR with a PRN dose of 1mg of Ativan.

Medication opinions
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations about what type of medication is good for both severe GAD,
agoraphobia
, panic disorder, social anxiety and depression?

So Misunderstood...
I have anxiety, panic disorder &
agoraphobia
. I taken medication for years, but still cannot shake the way I feel. I'm having issues with in-laws because they expect me to attend every get together they have. If I do not show up, due to it being a really bad day for me, it's hell to pay.

Sudden surgery - terrified
I have suffered on and off from anxiety since as far back as I can remember, and had severe anxiety which culminated in months of

after the birth of my first child.

Bad few months
I'm constantly vibrating due to my anxiety and my hands shake, feeling like a huge burden as I can rarely leave my house and have to be accompanied all the time, roll on the 26th so I get my assessment... although I will be waiting for the offer of group therapy as I'm social phobia or CBT for the

Agoraphobia
Has anyone else ever experienced
agoraphobia
or panic attacks? I'm so new to panic attacks and they are so scary. I've always had agoraphobic tendencies but never homebound like I have been for the past month.

Anyone else on Sertraline/Zoloft? If so, did it help you with panic attacks /Agoraphobia?
This led to
agoraphobia
and increased panic attacks. Right now I feel quite desperate to be honest, as I feel like I will have a life of
agoraphobia
if I do not start getting back out into civilisation soon. But I feel too anxious to get out and about.

I had become quite housebound because I also developed a Vestibular ( balance disorder) this led to
agoraphobia
and increased panic attacks.

Agoraphobia does any one suffer from it!
I have had
agoraphobia
for years and health anxiety. I do not do anything fun usually work then home my husband takes the kids to do things but I can't seem to get my self to leave the house. Does anyone suffer from this or have any ideas that might help me get my life back?

I don't really share my anxiety/
agoraphobia
with anyone. It would be incredible to just be myself for a while.

Too much reality for them??
I'm Lisa 42 years old and I deal with PTSD, Panic Disorder, OCD, self mutilation, insomnia and
agoraphobia
. I've always had anxiety and OCD that was manageable but after a 3year relationship with a very violent bipolar man and not knowing if I would survive the day, the other issues sufaced.

Has anyone ever dealt with agoraphobia?
This is all new to me in admitting that
agoraphobia
is what I am dealing with and I've never met or talked to anyone with the same thing!

Advice please
So I suffer from general anxiety and
agoraphobia
and have done for between 9 months - a year. I hadn't left my house in weeks and weeks at one point.... and this week I actually took a quick trip with my 2 kids and partner to the local supermarket. (That's a big step for me).
