Hi, I have suffered from various mental health issues since I was 17 years old, I am now 46 and have social phobia,depression,insomnia,severe anxiety and agoraphobia and I am currently awaiting another assessment due to hallucinations and voices as I have had alot of issues with medications. My siblings all have various mental health issues such as depression,anxiety and my son has bpd and self harms. Just to add to all this both my parents have terminal cancer and my dad was given 6 months to live two years ago but is currently struggling to move and has been very unwell. Down days happen far more often than good days at the moment. Sorry that was a lot to throw out there in a hello.

Hi loupea. I'm a newbie too. Sorry for all you're going through but you also have my admiration. Your strength of spirit is obviously so strong. My dark days have really taken over @ the moment. Feel like I'm trying to climb a wall & each time I get near the top another layer of bricks appears to hold me back.
