What to do after bad exposure therapy?
I am trying to fight this
agoraphobia
thing head on and I am combining it with things I used to enjoy - I went walking today with my dog and brother, and sat on a bench outside waiting for my brother to come back from the grocery store.

Applied for PIP and didn't get :(
Have been waiting a home visit health assessment for ESA for 5 months now, before my payments can go up, and still nothing so I have phoned and am awaiting an appointment to go in, which is going to be difficult with the
agoraphobia
(which is why I requested a home visit).

Friends and lack of support...
I have:
agoraphobia
, GAD, social anxiety, panic attacks and depression. I am currently looking for a therapist and I hope to be in therapy very soon - but I am so sad. I am going through this surrounded with people, and all by myself. I don't think you can even feel lonelier than that.

A little off topic, facing my fear tomorrow and very scared
I started with anxiety and
agoraphobia
in 2013 after my brother attacked me and I lost my grandmother suddenly. My family cut me off as I refused to ever forgive my brother and let him back in my life as it was a dangerous risk to my children.

Being real Frank, mental disorders and lupus
I have been diagnosed with OCD, ADHD, Panic Attack Disorder,
Agoraphobia
and Cyclothymia. Terrible mixed bag let me tell ya! My mother who also has lupus, has never been diagnosed, however strongly, very strongly exhibits many traits and symptoms of borderline personality disorder.

Still feeling rubbish, will I ever feel well? Sorry for a pitiful post.
As a result I had horrific anxiety and
agoraphobia
. The stress was awful for a few years after as my mother and sisters made my life hell for not forgiving my brother. I cut them out and slowly my anxiety and stress improved.

Does anyone here have agoraphobia?
How do you cope with
agoraphobia
and appointments? I used to be able to do them with my hubby, sometimes alone but now since it returned I can't even manage them with my husband with me. It's horrible. I am having therapy again and i hope in time it will help me.

Can antibodies change? Hashimotos.
My main symptom is the chronic fatigue daily to the point I am practically house bound which has led to
agoraphobia
and social anxiety.

I feel guilty for having anxiety.
While I'm sitting at home, trapped in my
agoraphobia
, doing nothing all day long, frozen, unable to move, unwilling to move. Feeling like giving up. Feeling restless. Dizzy, weak and sad all the time.

This is my first post here and I haven't been told I have IBS however I have been diagnosed with anxiety and mild

HEALTH ANXIETY / FEAR OF DEATH / HYPOCHONDRIA
I hope this is allowed...but, I know how horrifying Health Anxiety and
Agoraphobia
can be...I'm dealing with a terrifying bout of it at the moment...for about a week now :( I hate when I go into these ridiculous episodes...always thinking I'm dying of something crazy...

Worrying, scary, intrusive thoughts.
In a state of anxiety, it is very easy to become fearful of anything such as your health (every twinge, funny sensation etc is life threatening and no amount of professional reassurance will convince them otherwise) relationships, open spaces (
agoraphobia
) or develop OCD to appease the symptoms.

Help - Pain and Mental Health
I was diagnosed with PTSD/Depression/
Agoraphobia
back in 2009 for which I have been receiving treatment on and off. I had a heart attack in 2010 which I was told was stress related.
