travel anxiety

Hi i have been on here a few weeks love reading about peoples experiences ,just asking if anyone has trouble with travelling,i seem to be making some progress with long term anxiety but still cannot manage to get on a bus,train to travel away from home,its been a few years now since i have been able to do this,i can travel in my daughters car if i need to go somewhere,i have even lost jobs in the past through this,i can make myself jump on a bus local as long as its a very short journey,anyone else struggling with this,not sure whether its a form of agoraphobia or what they call seperation anxiety,but it is very restricting as most things like shopping has to be done online,cannot work out whether im afraid of what might happen while i am away from home or something bad will happen to me if i leave home?
