Just thought Id say Hi
I also suffer from
agoraphobia
and am unable to take any anti depressants due to them causing me non epileptic seizures. I am awaiting counselling and also on a waiting list for cbt. Was wondering if anyone manages their anxiety without meds?

Hello, I'm new to this website and I just wanted to connect with others who feel like me. I've had a long battle with my mental health, however the last few years was the best of my life. I was able to build relationships with friends, take public transportation, and was about to receive my license when

Thank goodness I have those skills or I would slowly sink into depression and
agoraphobia
as I've done in the distant past. Sorry for the length of this post . . . I appreciate this community and look forward to any comments. Peace . . .

15+ year Panic disorder, now pregnant
For over 15 years, I have suffered with depression, anxiety, and panic attacks with
agoraphobia
at several points in time. I found success and life again a few years ago when I began taking Effexor XR with a PRN dose of 1mg of Ativan.

Medication opinions
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations about what type of medication is good for both severe GAD,
agoraphobia
, panic disorder, social anxiety and depression?

So Misunderstood...
I have anxiety, panic disorder &
agoraphobia
. I taken medication for years, but still cannot shake the way I feel. I'm having issues with in-laws because they expect me to attend every get together they have. If I do not show up, due to it being a really bad day for me, it's hell to pay.

Sudden surgery - terrified
I have suffered on and off from anxiety since as far back as I can remember, and had severe anxiety which culminated in months of

after the birth of my first child.

Agoraphobia
Has anyone else ever experienced
agoraphobia
or panic attacks? I'm so new to panic attacks and they are so scary. I've always had agoraphobic tendencies but never homebound like I have been for the past month.

Anyone else on Sertraline/Zoloft? If so, did it help you with panic attacks /Agoraphobia?
This led to
agoraphobia
and increased panic attacks. Right now I feel quite desperate to be honest, as I feel like I will have a life of
agoraphobia
if I do not start getting back out into civilisation soon. But I feel too anxious to get out and about.

Agoraphobia does any one suffer from it!
I have had
agoraphobia
for years and health anxiety. I do not do anything fun usually work then home my husband takes the kids to do things but I can't seem to get my self to leave the house. Does anyone suffer from this or have any ideas that might help me get my life back?

I don't really share my anxiety/
agoraphobia
with anyone. It would be incredible to just be myself for a while.
