Good morning Vivek8 and welcome to our friendly peer to peer support forum.
Firslty, we are not medically trained so to get any information on the stats you have listed I would suggest you see a medical professional
With regards to the weight you wish to lose, it is well know that the less there is to lose, the harder it is. My first thought looking at your meals is that they are very carb heavy so if the portion sizes have increased this is an area you could cut down on. I follow a low carb meal plan, i'm sure some of our calorie counters will also have comments on where you might make adjustments to help. Exercise is only a small part of the way we lose weight and in my opinion it is more about toning the muscles that then give us a better fisique than giving us a weight loss. Having said that, you say you don't do any aerobic activity, yet you walk up to 8000 steps per day? Walking is an aerobic activity. If you want to do other kinds of exercise, take a look at Youtube and see what videos you might like to try.
I'm adding a link at the end of my reply to our Pinned Posts. We strongly suggest you join in the Weekly Weigh In and the Daily Diary. You will get lots of fabulous support and can ask for any further advise you would like. Our members are very good at letting you know what has worked and not worked for them so its not often we cant help someone.
We also have a Fit is Fun post that you might like to join in. You may get some ideas on what other exercise you might like to try.
welcome Vivek8 it sounds like you’ve got a clear idea of where you are at the moment. It’s great that you’re already walking quite a bit each day. I would recommend making a plan for the next three months and setting yourself some clear weight loss goals. Think about your lifestyle, your challenges and what’s achievable for you. This forum is a really friendly and supportive place with lots of ideas and conversation, so do have a look round and you’ll pick up more great tips. The weekly weigh in thread is a great place to start!
