hi

I had/have broad complex tachycardia diagnosed on a 24 hr tape .

My echo cardiogram was normal . Waiting to see cardiologist on 20/5 for full explanation .

I did aqua aerobics the other day which I never find very exerting only to find on my Apple Watch that my heart rate went up to 156 bpm !!!! Since this time I am very nervous about any exertion !!

Should I be worried or is the apple watch unreliable ??

Any thoughts appreciated

Thank you

I suggest you talk to the BBC Heart Helpline nurse who may be able to help before you see the cardiologist next week.
