Very Scary SVT.

I recently posted on this forum asking if asthma medications (Advair along with a cortisone allergy shot) could trigger a-fib, as I had a recent episode of that, and some of you confirmed it. It's notable that I had taken a puff of Advair just 15 minutes before the SVT attack last night.

Lung symptoms vs eye and nose symptoms

I am also on Advair and Trimbow. All of these are to control allergic asthma: I am allergic to every wind-pollinated plant in every part of the world, dust mite, dogs, etc [as shown with blood tests and scratch tests].

A week later I visited a pulmonologist and was given Advair. It worked fine for a long time. I add I have moderate restrictive lung disease from scoliosis. Several partial surgical corrections were achieved.

Raynaud’s Pain

Has anyone been prescribed pain medication for Raynaud’s pain when the spasms occur. Tylenol and Advil helps a little bit.

Insomnia

Curious, what is the biggest culprit causing chronic insomnia in my diet Lupron, Zytiga, or Prednisone No matter what time I go to sleep 9,10, or 11. I wake at 3 o'clock every morning. Might be able to grab another hour sometimes. Tried Magnesium L-Threonate, Melatonin, Chamomile tea. Dr gave Trazodone

Stiffness when tapering

Well I have already posted my history, although I should maybe update my profile to date, but now I have decreased fairly quickly, as per rheumy,s instructions, since Dec at 40 mgs, (due to suspected GCA), which apparently did not show in temporal ultrasound, at any rate, now down to 10 mgs, for this

New and Saying Hello after COVID

Inhaled steroids help some - I started on Advair but have since switched to try Alvesco+Incruse (LAMA) since I'm a little concerned about the possibility of bronchiolitis.

Is there anyone that has asthma and a fib on an combined inhaler like Breo Ellipta or Advair ? Do you find that you have more episodes of A fib ? I am a little hesitant to try one of theses because of the long acting b2 agonist .

MEthylprendnisolone tapering?

Hello all, I was put on methylprendnisolone after a recent blood test showed that my inflammation wasn't being controlled with regular prednisone (10 mg) and intense PMR muscle pain/swelling in knees and shoulders and back. it was 4 days of bliss at 12mg of methylpred. then this morning, day 5, woke

dreadful foot pain from lupus

hi all My niece is having an awful time with pain in her left foot which is very swollen; she’s had to get crutches because she can’t even touch the ground it’s that painful. Her lupus specialist put her on prednisone but it’s not kicked in. She’s been on it a few weeks. She is taking methotrexate
