Hello,

Do you guys have any good remedies for headaches and dizziness?

I’ve had these come and go for weeks now.

somedays good some days bad.

I have been stressing so much these past couple of days for various reasons and my anxiety goes over the roof.

I was like this last year same time around. And eventually went away. But this time It’s lingering longer and harder.

Anything helps I can only take so much Advil since I have a stomach condition

thank you all

yeah usually napping or sleeping I don’t feel it.

And I can agree on the tiger balm, if works miracles sometimes.

Do you put it on the base of your neck?

For me, insufficient hydration can often lead to headachea, as can a poor electrolyte balance. There are a number of foods that can be helpful as well, such as bananas, with potassium and other goodies. Another trigger for my headaches is poor sleep, so things to improve the darkness (black out curtains, keeping phone out of bedroom, etc.) can be helpful, as well as reducing any noises that may be disturbing sleep such as phone.m notifications. Like a baby, I like using a white noise machine.

Poor sleep is probably my number one. Even though I feel rested if I was tossing and turning then I didn’t get the full 8 hours

If it's your sinuses acting up, Excedrin works for me. I take the kind with no aspirin in it, as that bothers my stomach. I add a cup of coffee if the headache's bad (for the caffeine).

Keeping hydrated, and drinking some coconut water for electrolytes helps me too.

It’s a mixture of everything.

My sinuses, tension headache from the anxiety,

And I do suspect dehydration as well.

Specially since I had a colonoscopy last month maybe still dehydrated from that.

I love excedrin but it will destroy my stomach :(

I'm prone to stomach trouble too. They make a version with no aspirin in it, just Tylenol and caffeine. That one hasn't bothered me. It works well, better if you add a cup of coffee.

Haha

Not anymore.

I have done it in my younger years.

I would go into full blown panic attack if I were to try it again today. lol

First of all try making an appointment with your doctor. Meclizine may help with dizziness. I don't know what to suggest for the headaches. Wish I did.
