For me, insufficient hydration can often lead to headachea, as can a poor electrolyte balance. There are a number of foods that can be helpful as well, such as bananas, with potassium and other goodies. Another trigger for my headaches is poor sleep, so things to improve the darkness (black out curtains, keeping phone out of bedroom, etc.) can be helpful, as well as reducing any noises that may be disturbing sleep such as phone.m notifications. Like a baby, I like using a white noise machine.
If it's your sinuses acting up, Excedrin works for me. I take the kind with no aspirin in it, as that bothers my stomach. I add a cup of coffee if the headache's bad (for the caffeine).
Keeping hydrated, and drinking some coconut water for electrolytes helps me too.
I'm prone to stomach trouble too. They make a version with no aspirin in it, just Tylenol and caffeine. That one hasn't bothered me. It works well, better if you add a cup of coffee.
First of all try making an appointment with your doctor. Meclizine may help with dizziness. I don't know what to suggest for the headaches. Wish I did.
