Finally a Diagnosis
Throughout the course of the two weeks, I definitely felt racing, but not the 250 bpm like when my
adrenaline
pumps. I thought all hope was lost and that I would never get a diagnosis.

9K in the bag - woo hoo!
Inspired by Gingernutter's post earlier I realised that I had procrastinated enough and it was time to strike this one off the list. I chose a route I dont normally do (a bit like all those contestants on Come Dine With Me who cook something for the first time - "why??) and it was hilly ....really hilly

Panic attacks, Anxiety & pregnancy
I’m currently 11 weeks pregnant and I cut down my propranolol myself thinking it was unsafe for my baby, since I have cut it down I have had nothing but
adrenaline
rushes like nothing is real and feeling very anxious of being far away from home, I think it’s because of me cutting out the propranolol

Hypoxic Brain Injury - Please help
Hello everyone, I am 29 years old. I went into cardiac arrest in hospital 2 months ago, where I received 20 minutes of CPR with epinephrine and Ambu-bag. Doctors fear that I suffered a hypoxic brain injury. I was placed in a medically-induced coma for 3 days, and spent the following 3 weeks in hospital

W2R1 - Running away from, towards, around and all over my problems
I know this sounds whiny and it totally is but I’m in a bad mood right now, which really helped fuel the run actually, and the run did help, but my anger is still bleeding through the
adrenaline
wall I put up.

Warm up and increased blood flow benefits.
Not a medic and a novice trotter. But a senior person who makes warm up, dynamic stretching and static stretching mandatory in order to function daily. Thanks to Abi, who posted a link, over on Marathon/winter speed challenge about the requirement of warming up before sprinting and quick pace running

Hand Tremor with starting Zoloft generic 25 mg!
I tought it could be my nerves or
adrenaline
in my body or my blood sugar or being tired. I am NOT diabetic at all and A1C is great. Just haven't been sleeping to great for the past few months. And my appetite is practically gone. I also need a cpap machine.

App for anxiety that seems to be helping me
Generally around 2am, when that
adrenaline
producing cortisol hormone spikes/resets for the next day I would be crawling in my skin till about 4/5am. Then sleep till 8am ish. I felt so tired and emotionally drained. Can anyone relate? I was not practicing meditation or relaxation up until then.

"BENZOS" Are THE BEST "Clutch Meds" There Are For Panic & Anxiety "Attacks". Yet ? People Are Afraid To Prescribe Them & Use Them ?
That Sudden Outa Nowhere "
Adrenaline
Dump" !* [ and by now, you know the physical symptoms that go along with it ] My Main Question Is. WHERE ARE THE "NEW MEDICATIONS" TRYING TO REPLACE THE ADDICTIVE RESULTS OF BENZOS WITH THE SAME CLUTCH EFFECTIVENESS ? > Is ANY Company Working On Those ?

Short Synacthen Test- Experiences and Results?
A few more minutes pass and it feels as though I'm having a full blown
adrenaline
rush. Hyper-alert, watching people walk past with keen interest, energetic, I ate A LOT, talked a lot, laughed, felt really energetic and upbeat. This effect convinced me that I must produce enough cortisol.

24/7 lightheadedness/off balance
This time round my symptoms are the classic surges of
adrenaline
through body, racing/skipping heart/thuds etc etc. These I can manage and have learnt to now over the years.

Has anyone failed a atch test or take hydrocortisone.. what is the correct dosage?
If so can you please comment As I failed a acth But doc is only prescribing me 10mg HC After reading stop the thyroid madness I’m told that is too low and will cause an
adrenaline
surge 25mg to 30mg seem to be what that forum suggest..

Does this sound like RA?
I’m exhausted no matter how much sleep I have, and wake with a pounding heart as if I’m filled with
adrenaline
. Work stress and childcare are both reduced, so I don’t think this is anxiety.

Feeling Irritable/Lazy
Sat having a coffee on my rest day.....my wk1 r2 is tomorrow and I have kept to my normal routine of going to the gym (spin class and weights,) since my first run. I feel as if I should be doing some sort of exercise ......I shouldn't feel surprised at this cause every week when I have my rest day

First incompleted run since I started c25k in August. Am I the only one?
This morning I set off for a thirty minute run (plus warm up and cool down walks of course!). I had run not much more than 20 minutes when I felt I couldn't do more, and slowed down to a walk for a few minutes. I then ran to the end and a bit more, so probably covered about 30 mins in total, but not

Internal Shaking Awakening in AM & Going to Bed at Night
I am not sure what happens at night when it happens (as I dose off to sleep at about 30 minutes it can wake me) but I think in the morning it's a chemical (maybe
adrenaline
) that is awakening me. Maybe everyone gets it but with us I am thinking we wake before the release.

Hello Here's a change rather than giving advice seeking some. Woke in the night ( Wed ) and again Thursday with lots of ectopic beats followed by quite a rapid pulse, Then a 3 or 4 second pause with what seemed like no heart beat at all !!! So rang Heart Nurse she said go to A & E. In A & E had an ECG
