Hey I know ultimately I have to see someone but on holiday in egypt for 3 weeks so can’t until I get back and really stressing. About 5 weeks ago i started my run and had to stop as my knee was really hurting. It’s still hurting now which I didn’t expect. Been trying to swim but that hurts. It hurts

Hello, my mum was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 4 years ago and has tried
acupuncture
, medication, alternative therapies and pain relief. Has anyone had any success not in controlling their symptoms but improving their quality of life and healing? We’re willing to try anything.

8 day update - alternatives to ablation or mini-maze
Next was
acupuncture
. I dont like needles and the thought of having them stuck in me was terrifing. But I found, by recomendation of friends, an excellent guy that runs a non-profit
acupuncture
practice for over 30 years of training, certification, and he is good.

Lymphocytes and osteoporosis?
Recently got the blood test results back from my Rheumatologist apt. All seem ok but for the lymphocyte levels which are only at 0.80. Never noticed this on any previous blood tests so don’t know how long it’s been like this. I wondered about it being related to osteoporosis and an acupuncturist I saw

I also have had
acupuncture
treatments done on my spine, it probably has helped. I will see what the doc suggests. I am staying active, work. My adult daughters live with me, they are in their 20s. Oldest has had epilepsy last three and a half years, it sucks.

Private clinic IBS testing and treatment.
This machine takes readings from your hands and feet, and detects that there is a problem anywhere in the body such as the gut ect by applying a metal rod to the
acupuncture
points, as I was also holding a small metal rod on the opposite hand and vice a versa.

Managing PMR after 1 year
Due to all the pain, while still trying to compete in running events with a very stiff back which creates problems with the piriformis muscle and hips, I tried
Acupuncture
which did not seem to reduce the pain but was a relaxing experience.
