Natural remedies to assist with sickness
I just wanted to ask how many people have used ginger tea, ginger travel sickness tablets and
acupressure
wrist bands for their sickness? I'm having targeted therapy for lung cancer and have found it virtually impossible to go anywhere in the car without horrible nausea and vomiting.

Acupressure for AF
I've been having some good results recently at calming bouts of AF using
acupressure
on the nei guan/PC6 acupuncture point. Doesn't work every time, but it works often enough to convince me to keep using it every day as a preventative measure.

Recap on Intense pain post
I’ve tried chiropractic treatments as well as acupuncture,
acupressure
and meditate several times a day. I’ve been cautioned by my primary care physician who has a DO ( osteopathic medical degree). I have also had numerous steroid injections with no effect after the first one.

Acupressure wrist bands work for night time nausea
My friend bought me a pair of
acupressure
wrist bands which apply a slight pressure on the wrists in a place that stops feelings of nausea.I placed them on my wrists and for the first hour or so I felt no difference until I double checked where they were placed and adjusted them slightly.

Now for something completely different
Consisting of keeping fit, Tai Chi, Chi Gong and
acupressure
and a range of herbs- turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, Black Nigella seed, co-enzyme, Vit D, Magnesium Taurate. How much each plays in keeping the demon away, I cannot say. But it seems to work for me.

Get tapping everyone!!!
The technique is based on the principles of acupuncture and
acupressure
, and it is believed that tapping on these specific points on the body can help to clear energy blockages, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote feelings of well-being.

Shakti Mat (acupressure) - anyone?
It's basically a spiky mat that provides
acupressure
to ease aches and pains and encourage better sleep, relief from headaches etc. I'd love to know of people's experience as seriously thinking of asking for this for my Christmas present! https://www.shaktimat.co.uk/

HHM Training - Week 9 Day 3
I bought myself an
acupressure
mat which I’ve been using a lot for the last couple of days. I’ve been stretching and using volterol on my back and then experienced spasm on the right side of the back earlier on today too. A sorry state of affairs all round.

Using
Acupressure
My hot flashes are reduced by 50 %....Nobody will do clinical study as it is free for all. Just google menopause hot flashes. Look for senolytics supplements....etc.... I believe in adaptive approach and personal observation studies....not one fits all.

The Value of a Good Compounding Pharmacist, a True Story
They included deep tissue massage,
acupressure
, a TENS machine and localized ultrasound, all of which offered her no relief and according to our conversations resulted in a worsening of her condition. Her doctor offered her no other suggestions for her condition.

Acupressure and hot flashes
I tried
acupressure
...no side effect, free and can be done at home. It seems pressing at few locations for 5-10 seconds..a few times a day...has significantly reduced the intensity and frequency. I love sometimes snake oil therapies..

ways to stimulate the vagus nerve
● Massage and
acupressure
. ● Eating in a relaxing state, in a pleasant and quiet company, without distractions or on the run. The involvement of the vagus nerve in the healthy functioning of the body has begun to be increasingly highlighted in recent years through various medical research.
