Acupressure and hot flashes

Hot flashes may be very unpleasant for some. Why not reduce frequency and intensity.

The so called clinically tested drugs have a lot of second effects, already ADT ..80 years old..;is so aggressive and inhuman therapy. Flashes may go away but I will get into other sicknesses. As one may say that I get cured of PCA but die of agressive second effect toxity.

I tried acupressure...no side effect, free and can be done at home. It seems pressing at few locations for 5-10 seconds..a few times a day...has significantly reduced the intensity and frequency. I love sometimes snake oil therapies..

Sure docs won't talk as big pharma makes no money as they rarely told me healing role of exercise and diet....again no money there....

Stay upbeat and keep laughing at the show.....even in pain

Let’s come up with an automatic fan that kicks on when your body temp heats up rapidly. A body sensor triggers fan to blow cool air under your sheets while trying to sleep. This has a huge market for menopause and hormonal therapy warriors! Seems like such a simple solution but no product to date. Maybe we can talk to Mike the mypillow man to make such a product! Ha ha

I am almost there. Have a large vertical fan beside my bed. When awoken by a hot flash i simply press the on button on the remote under my pillow and fan starts immediately. I turn off fan after flash or next time i wake up. Same setup by me recliner watching TV. Not automatic, but just press a button on remote and voila!
