I have not tried Acupressure shoes - but they have a lot of poor reviews on Amazon. What I have tried is a grounding or earthing mat - simulates walking barefoot. Claims are that it inhibits inflammation (a component of RLS). Basically, it connects you to the ground using the the ground wire in your home's electric wiring system. There are grounding shoes but they too are poorly reviewed.
