Acupressure wrist bands work for night time nausea

I have been suffering nausea from the cocktail of meds, especially at night. My friend bought me a pair of acupressure wrist bands which apply a slight pressure on the wrists in a place that stops feelings of nausea.I placed them on my wrists and for the first hour or so I felt no difference until I double checked where they were placed and adjusted them slightly. When I did adjust them I felt the nausea subside almost immediately... I slept unaffected by nausea for about five hours and feel much better this morning.

I know it's probably that my meds still aren't right but at least I slept! I hope that this helps others.

Have a good day.
