Triiodothyronine (T3, free) - Range - <2.64 - 7.14 < - my results 4.49 pmol/L ( Normal)
I also have a very high CRP, low Omega 3, high Cholesterol, and nonexistence Folate amongst over things.
I have been feeling very unwell and horrendous temper and feeling very low with aches and pains, sleeping for at least 2 hours in the day and approx 4 hours at night.
I was on 3 grains but the Endocrinologists said I was over-medicating and told me to cut down to 2 grains.
I need some guidance please I don't know which way to turn atm.
Thanks for listening x

Was test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and did you split NDT into 2 smaller doses day before test, taking last grain approx 8- 12 hours before test?
High thyroid antibodies confirms autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto’s
Presumably you knew that you have Hashimoto’s?
Essential to regularly retest vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Please add most recent vitamin results and ranges
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
Do you normally split your NDT into 2 doses?
Other members who take NDT may comment
Suggest you increase by 1/4 grain and work on improving low vitamin levels as well
Are you on strictly gluten free diet?
If not, get coeliac blood test done BEFORE considering trial on gluten free
Hello thanks for the reply, in answer to your questions-
The test was done at 9:30 am before anything to eat and only water to drink. My last dose of NDT was the morning before so 24hrs and 2 grains taken together.
I knew I had Hashimoto's but am still struggling to get my head around it and I am not on a gluten-free diet at the moment.
I do not split my NDT and never have, I just take it all at once.
The only vitamins I take at present is Vit C in my water (ascorbic acid), and Vitamin D3 with K2 + Magnesium x 2 with evening meal (6ooo iU D3, 300mcg K2 (MK-7) 40mg Magnesium Oxide Powder)
