Not sure if I had a heart attack
I had my 3rd ablation in March 2018 and all has been well for about 1.5 years. In October flutter/afib came back with a vengeance. Extreme anxiety, atrial beat up to 300 maybe 50% of the time, fatigue. Then mid-October, in the middle of the night feeling generally awful and unable to sleep, Had no pain

Before I get a bit Mumsy on today's Post , I thought I might indulge in my first Christmas Cracker joke. Groans abound . Hard Luck , here it comes .... How do Penguins commute to work? B- ICICLE ! Yes , I know 😋😂😂😂😂 But now to a quick Mumsy word of advice . I was thinking of passing this on the

Week 6; a ‘down’ which was a learning experience and then a massive up! SEE and be SEEN, people!
Well, week 6; what a week! Did the first run, which I found fairly hard, but persevered. I felt a huge sense of accomplishment as I was walking back home along a track in the park after I had finished run 2. It was Thursday evening and the park was even darker than normal as the roadworks opposite meant

First post- start of our journey
Hi everyone, Myself and my OH are at the beginning of our fertility journey, after trying to conceive for 18 months, and being referred to a fertility centre. We have recently had our sperm analysis results back and they're not good. I haven't yet been tested for anything other than hormone levels

Still suffering
It’s been six months now since I left hospital with VM, I’m still suffering fatigue aches and pains, eye issues and light intolerances. I’ve been discussing with work to start a phased return as I’m stressing myself to give it a go, I don’t know what will happen but feel I need to try. No medical person

Part 2: Some observations about my hospital stay - not in any particular order
The leaflet given out about surgery is hideously stereotypical. e.g. "Avoid lifting anything heavy (including children and shopping)" - really? Is that ALL a woman might be lifting? What about my beloved bass guitar? "Continue with gentle activities such as making drinks, light dusting and washing up

Day time wetting
Recently he has been having recurring

accidents
a day, a dribble or full wee! He has been to the Dr's and there is no infection. I'm at a loss, is this something that can happen even after a few months of being potty trained?

I'm trying to track flares ups (what triggers it, how long etc) and I'm a bit stumped as I couldn't think what caused it this time. Then it occurred to me that I had my second depo provera injection this

Inulin - may help sleep and constipation
My daughter recently bought me some inulin to try as she had heard it can help you sleep. I can't honestly say it helped me sleep at the time, but a side effect is that it is helpful with bowel movements!! More recently I took some on holiday with me - for my bowels, and this time I do think it helped

Osteochondritis Dissecans
So it's been a long time since I've been on this forum. I think the last time I posted on here I mentioned I had an injury. Well the injury persisted and I had to stop running and all other impact sports. I am now two weeks post surgery after being diagnosed with osteochondritis dissecans in my left

Hi I’ve just joined and hoping to get support and guidance. I’m going to have a mental health assessment next week and don’t know what to expect. I see people, shadows, lights and feel things and hear noises, foot steps, voices and can’t stand being in a waiting room as the chatter is too much to bear

Refocus Beginnings.
Got back from Dubai and will just remain on that time for a few days.😴 Looking to see if I can do anything with the 200 & 400 in the final days of the November Speed Challenge. Maybe beginning to pull away from the virus’s and get back in my own little box for at least a few weeks until Xmas commitments

Dad taking time to wake up after induced coma
Hi everyone, just after a little bit of insight if possible? My dad is 65, he had a bad fall and broke 8 ribs just over 2 weeks ago. He was put in the icu almost immediately as he needed surgery to repair his ribs on the right side as one had pierced his lung. That all went well then unfortunately just
