Not sure if I had a heart attack

I had my 3rd ablation in March 2018 and all has been well for about 1.5 years. In October flutter/afib came back with a vengeance. Extreme anxiety, atrial beat up to 300 maybe 50% of the time, fatigue. Then mid-October, in the middle of the night feeling generally awful and unable to sleep, Had no pain exactly but pressure on my chest and tingling/numbness in my left arm. This lasted some time, not sure how long. I was weak, light headed but gradually this week I'm feeling stronger.

I see my cardiologist on Jan. 8. I have a pacemaker for bradycardia and on cartia to keep the heart from beating too fast.

Was that mid November episode a heart attack? What should I expect when I see the electrophysiologist?

Hello,I think its too late to tell by the usual method,i.e a blood test, but at your appointment they msy want to do an echocardiogram to check for possible damage.

It may very well be not a heart attack but just your AFib having fun. I do get similar symptoms when I get atrial flutter.

Best wishes
