She is due to start school in September and still in nappies because she has overflow about 8 times a day, she doesn’t go for 2 weeks at a time and it is so traumatic when she does, she’s had 3 urine infections in

CBD Oil for Parkinsons
"In spite of the diverse legal status in different states, CBD can be purchased online and delivered legally to all 50 states." This article provides information about the potential benefits of CBD oil and also discusses legality in the USA. It is legal to supply in the UK and France. https://www.dementiacarecentral.com

Is it possible to see a Silver Lining and Stay Positive during this Coronavirus Crisis , a thought from Auntie Bee.
I decided to put up my reply to Rimmys thought provoking post today as a separate post just in case it may be of help to anyone feeling anxious during this current Health Crisis. I realise that we are all feeling incredibly vulnerable and nervous right now . It's important to get the right information

Pneumococcal vaccine in short supply.
Today, Sharon has officially been diagnosed with moderate COPD, about which I have had strong suspicions about, for over a month. The GP has said she needs to have the Pneumococcal vaccine, of course, especially with working in a nursing home. Sharon then asks the receptionist to make an appointment

Recently had a cardiac ablation
Ive been having terrible mood swings - I feel angry all the time and over the littlest things, I'm freezing all the time and I'm so tired. I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience and what you did to ease them? I know that these are probably just side effects and will eventually

Movicol - sticky motions!
I have an ongoing problem with constipation which doesn`t respond to dietary changes. Fybogel doesn`t help either so I switched to Movicol. It is more effective but causes 5 or 6 mainly small bm`s each day which are "sticky" and it takes ages to clean myself after each one. This makes me very sore

When is the best time to take laxido?
I have recently been prescribed laxido to help with overflow diarrhoea and while I’m currently on long term sick due to migraines it doesn’t really matter which day I go but I am due to go back to work soon and I am really worried about taking laxatives as my job isn’t really the kind of job where you

7 Year old daughter who keeps wetting and soiling herself
My daughter is 7 and has been having poo/wee
accidents
since potty training at 2. She can sometimes go a couple of weeks with no issues but then she'll be wet and soiled several times in a week. I'm at a loss as to how to help her.

Thank you!
I like others have an awful lot to thank this site for and it’s amazing community of you. Today though, I would like to thank all of you whom showed your appreciation and support for the NHS last night, as a worried mum of a newly qualified (in her first year) 22year old nurse it meant a lot, not just

How to help child withholding poo
My son withholds his poo. Its been nearly a year since he has been dry on the toilet training front. He wears a nappy for bed as we've not yet tackled night time training because of his poo issues. He will occasionally do it in his nappy if we don't catch him in time. Even as a baby he would not poo

Advice for 9yr old son with daily soiling and wetting?
Hi, my 9yr old has multiple soiling and wetting
accidents
each day and is wet every night. He wears pull ups to bed but not during the day as we were advised against this by the nurse as it may make him rely on them.
