Does anyone have any post hysterectomy advice please?
Hi everyone, to give a bit of background, I finally got diagnosed with stage 3 endometriosis about 6 years ago after 7 long, heartbreaking and frustrating years of pain and infertility. Since being diagnosed I've had 3 laps and have been on zoladex 3 different times spanning almost two years in total

It’s been a month since OC debulking and full hysterectomy. Most of the time I have such a painful gnawing pain in my stomach. Makes it hard to eat. I finished first chemo last week. Any ideas as to cause of pain? Sashay

Pelvic Pain before and after a hysterectomy
I experienced pelvic pain from Sept 30-Jan 6. It was discovered on December 11th I had scar tissue attached to my bowel, abdomen, uterus, bladder and cervix. I went through the surgery Jan 6th. I am 7 months post surgery and now the pain is back. Especially in my bowel area and ovaries. Nothing

I had a full hysterectomy 2and half years ago, due to fibroids and went straight into the menopause at 50. Weight gain, overhanging belly, hot flushes, aching joints made me feel like an old woman. Most women with a family don't have time to look after themselves - that was me. No I've decided I'm

Starting Doxil Soon. New to community.
I’m new to the forum, but a veteran of OC since 2017. Been through a complete hysterectomy, two cycles of Carbo/Taxol and several cycles of Avastin. Recent PET scan has activity on four lymph nodes. Oncologist has advised cancellation of Avastin and starting Doxil. I have multiple side effects with

Is this too many drugs?! Prostap, Tibilone, Norethisterone, Tranexamic Acid, Mirena Coil
I'm so worried. I had a mirena coil fit in March, to help stop heavy periods. I have bled every single day since. The GP wouldn't remove it, as I hadn't given it enough time. Instead I ended up taking 9 Norethisterone a day (usually you take 3). Then I ended up in hospital because I couldn't handle the

Feeling the pain
Last November I had three short courses of Brachytherapy following a hysterectomy for womb cancer. I thought all was going okay but began to have rectal bleeding. To cut a long story short I had a flexi-sig and transanal ultrasound done today. For the first time I saw the issues. Firstly a polyp

19 years of age
I’m 19 and have adenomyosis and everyone is talking about having a hysterectomy... I really don’t know how to feel anymore I just feel numb from the pain mentally and physically. Also being induced into early menopause I feel really depressed about everything. I don’t know what’s best or what to do anymore
