Endo after Hysterectomy & more surgery

Hi,

Looking for some advice pls, have suffered with endo since I was 15, fast forward had a tah in 2018, no pain for few months after - then it returned, had a diagnostic laparoscopy in Jan 2020 where they removed areas of adhesions & separated things glued together, no pain again for a few months now it’s totally flared up & returned?, I’m 46 years old - surely this pain/endo will wear off As I get older now that I have had ovaries & everything removed, gone through menopause - or have we got to up with this till our dying days??? 🤔🙏🤞.

Can anyone recommend any other ways of managing this other than being spaced out on a concoction of drugs all the time which doesn’t always ease the pain?.

I am I. The same situation had hysterectomy in 2017 ovary left behind been on HRT been having repeated UTIs now they think I have got adhesions and awaiting MRI results the pain is going down my legs and pain relief spacing me out but I constantly feel sick and have pain
