Question about the Symptoms - FND and/or Insomnia.
I'm beginning to relate to the symptoms, but I'm still unsure whether they are
simply
down to insomnia and poor
sleep
due to Tinnitus 24/7. A lot of it could easily be related to Ménières, which I haven't ruled out, listening fatigue.

I'm tired of all the side affects of cancer drugs and all the problems they cause to my body so I'm concidering having an orchiectomy. Vimpat is working for severe RLS and PLMD
I’ve had almost complete resolution of my RLS on Vimpat (lacosamide) now at 150 mg at 10 am and 10 pm. This is a remarkable turnaround in my symptoms. I started on 50 twice a day and the effect started to wane with a tolerable amount of breakthrough RLS. I increased to 100 twice a day after several weeks

How to handle going off mirapex
My neurologist decided to take me off mirapex. This is a new neurologist since mine retired. She specializes in sleep problems. I also have sleep apnea. I dont know why she decided to take me off mirapex. When she told me I was in a state of shock. I also take oxycodone. She is taking me off

Pee problems
Lately my hypochondria has been in over-drive. I have incontinence. That is, when I feel like I'm done , and zip -up, I shortly see fluid has soaked into my denims. I use Myrbetriq, a drug to lessen bladder spasms. It works, that is, when I'm done I don't feel the urge to continue peeing

Motion Sickness
At the ripe old age of 77, I will be taking my first cruise this summer with my children and grandchildren. Sleep apnea and PMR
Over the last year my sleep has been poor, and finally I had an overnight sleep study, which revealed severe apnea. I'm pretty sure this is new to me and I did some reading. Apparently there is a nasty connection between apnea and PMR (and RA). One source: "The co-existence of sleep apnoea in rheumatic

Suggestions For Reducing 'Off' Time
I sent this message to my Neurologist from Mayo Clinic who works under Eric Ahlskog who wrote “The New Parkinson’s Disease Treatment Book”.
