Glucosamine Sulphate.

Hello Fybro family, I hope you are all keeping as well as you can.

Does anyone take the supplement Glucosamine Sulphate?

A friend thought it might help with the pain & stiffness, though can't seem to find too much information about whether it helps with fibromyralgia.

I'd be grateful in hearing about anyones experience of taking it for fybro.

Sending gentle hugs x🤗

hi, as long as you don’t have any increased blood sugars, and not diabetic. It may help your joints, personally it didn’t help me, it upset my knees ibs.

Good luck.

glucosamine with condroitin is good for the joints as helps rebuild cartilage, definitely worth giving it a go- takes a while but does help

I’ve changed my lifestyle completely, no sugar (causes inflammation ) I take vitamin K, D and magnesium plus HRT and started weight training. It really has improved my health and my mindset reduced the chronic pain, not completely but less severe and no more fatigue

Hey Labradoodlelove, thank you for your reply.Yes, I've totally overhauled my eating habits-low sugar, no upf foods & eating wholemeal carbs (I'm an emotional eater, so been a bit of a journey but once i equated sugar=pain it has got me in a different mindest)

Amazed at the difference it makes, not in pain so much or as fatigued now.

Sending gentle hugs x🤗
