I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis and my husband is azoospermia with Klinefelter syndrome (XXY Chromosome) we were told to have microtese for our IVF, anyone’s of you has the same situation? Please give us some advice. Also anyone tried microTESE?

Not identical but we had ICSI due to male factor infertility (husband is a type 1 diabetic with azoospermia and retrograde ejaculation). He first had the TESE (the one with the needle) and they didn’t get any sperm but we managed to get 6 vials with the Micro-Tese surgery. We’d had the mandatory counselling for donor sperm at the same time but we had success. It can be so very stressful for both of you, lots of self care and try to take it one day at a time (easier said than done I know).
Hey, my partner and I are just starting our journey - he has klinefelter syndrome. I’ve just had an ultrasound and told I have PCOS. How are you getting on?
