Hello Za_i sorry your having a hard time at the moment. I think you need some form of distraction and something to occupy your mind. I know how you feel as I am dreading Christmas when I visit relatives. I have a repiratory problem happens.
I think and when I get short of breath I get a panic attack. The thing is I have it already in my mind and so it usually happens.
I feel this is how you are at the moment.I am sure you will feel better soon. Try not to dwell on your problems . You can do it just stay strong.
Good morning Za, Iβm so sorry to hear youβre still struggling. I wonder if it would be a good idea to visit your G.P. and let them know how youβre feeling. They may able to help you feel better. Itβs certainly worth it. Sending love and hugs and hope you feel better soonππ€xx
Hi Za_i, I second Briarwood's suggestion. Nicotine can turn everything upside down. Please have a word with your medical support team. Now that you're Nicotine free, perhaps you could use some extra help. It probably won't be permanent but at least it will help you now
thank you all for your support. I do not really want to see the GP as all they did was giving me beta blockers which made me feel awful.π
I had CBT before and tbh the focus was more on my mental health being better than cigarettes- they do not really care about that as long as u r well and safe, if it makes sense.
Why now after all this time im feeling like this?! It is so frustrating it has been 16 months π΅ has anyone experienced this?
