It’s been 11 weeks since I had a cigarette, today I’m really really struggling and just taking 5 mins at a time. Even my nicotine spray isn’t helping that much today. I’d cut back on the spray and only using it 3/4 times a day and I don’t want to take too much and be back to square one. I’ve been to the gym this morning to see if that would help. Thought if I posted on here that might help. I really don’t want to have a cigarette but trying to banish the thoughts of one is horrible today. Think it’s the worst it’s been since I stopped!! Why is that?

Hi Shelly, try to keep your mind busy, you have just made Mr Nic mad because you are doing so well.😀 he will rear his ugly head from time to time to test you to see if he can get you to light up. Congratulations on your 10 weeks by the way‼️👍🏻 That’s fantastic👏🏻 Remember to stay strong🌸💪 and you will win the battle‼️😁

Hello Shelley,Congrats on your smokefree 10 weeks. Don't forget that quitting is a life changing step, give yourself time for your body to get used to it..You did well to go to the gym,but take it gently. Don't forget to stay hydrated, water is so important as it helps you flush out all the toxins. As for today, you will have up days and down days for a while longer.Just be patient with yourself and remember how far you've come.

Remember N.O.P.E. look after yourself. 💪🚭XX

You don’t smoke anymore why do you want a Cigarette?

Hi Shelley, Sorry to hear your struglling with your cravings, unfortunately you are reaching the 3 months mark. For some reason not known many quitters suffer at the 3 month mark.

If you look on the pinned post under the Icky threes that tell you something about it.

I think something in our sub-concscious seems to bring the cravings back around 3 months. Luckily stay strong as this does pass . I think Old Nic. is just having a final attempt to get you back. However your far stronger than that little white stick. :) xx
