How you all doing?

I watched a talk on law of attraction this week and it stayed with me a bit in my thoughts, reflecting on the power of the mindset and with just the least case scenario how helpful it can be. When I’m in the mindset of I can’t do this, this is difficult etc it feels so much harder whereas when my mindset is I can do this, I’ve got this, or just give it your best shot I feel more encouraged, positive and even more energy too.

We never know what is around the corner or how things will actually plan out but having that positive, focused and supportive mindset certainly helps along the way as opposed to the opposite. So I wanted to share this today, no matter how difficult or challenging your quit may be, and we all know it totally 💯 is!! Find your healthier more supportive mindset to help you through whatever situations you need to get through, you got this!

I often ask people ‘would you talk to a close friend like that?’ When challenging negative thoughts and the answer is usually something like ‘no way!!’

yeah the days a flying bye 😊💨 I will be glad for Boxing Day 😂😂 for a day off 😂😂 I’ve got my disabled son (13)and hubby but I may aswell do it myself 😂😂bless them 🤭they arnt much help and I’ve got my daughters and partners with my grandson coming for Christmas Day I feel shattered already 😂 xxxx
