Hope youโre all well and got through the pre Christmas and Christmas well too ๐๐ป ๐๐ป ๐ง๐ป
So this is our last feel Good Friday of the year ๐ฎ and a good time to reflect as we move closer to the beginning of a new year. Leave out the old and in with the new, reflecting on what youโd like to take forward and what youโd like to leave behind. I also think this is helpful with quitting smoking ๐ง for me being a serial quitter it was helpful to work out what it was I needed to change to move forward ๐ค ๐ฏ I hear others feel bad or guilt for having smoked for so long and not quit ๐ generally it can be common in our cultures to be quick to judge and condemn โน๏ธ
Whatโs done is done, we canโt change that but what we can do is change what we do now! ๐ช๐ป๐ค๐ป๐๐ป and if youโre on this site, then you have or are looking, wanting or are changing for the better for you!! ๐ฅฐ๐ญ๐ช๐ป
So what do you think will help you to leave behind to allow some room for the new ๐ค
For me, I think Iโm going to give myself a clean slate ๐ง๐ป itโs been a tough few years since I quit (not just quitting) but Iโve got through them and I can leave all that behind now and start afresh ๐ฅณ I donโt need any unnecessary baggage to hold me down ๐จ ๐
