Hello and welcome to our last weekend chat before Christmas 🎅🏼 Oh my goodness where has the time gone, this last week has just flown by 😮

Hope everyone is doing ok with their quits and please remember we are here all over Christmas if you need us. It can be a bit tempting when we spend more time in the house around Christmas or have a few drinks, to think it’s alright to have just one cigarette. This is NEVER a good idea❌

You have all fought hard to quit and it’s very easy to throw it away in the blink of an eye. Temptations will pass as long as you don’t act on them. Remind yourself how far you’ve come and how important it is to keep going.

It’s the Winter Solstice today so the good news is we can look forward to lighter and brighter days ahead. Staying smoke free is even better news, so we can enjoy a brighter future 🙌
