Good morning!! So still have not smoked cigarettes!! But have been doing the vape without nicotine!! But I am using that thing like a ciggeretts!! I'm so frustrated and don't know why!! Using the patch I'm at 14 mg !! So antsy today and irritated!! When does this stop ! Trying to get in a better mood !!

Hello Livingfree.....there will be days like today from time to time, what you must do is find a hobby or interest that will distract you on days like today, Maybe go for a nice Country walk......enjoy the fresh air. Wishing you well in your continued quit.
