Yeh for me 31 days So happy It has been a struggle!! and I believe it will continue to be so! but with all the support here its wonderful. smoking for 42 years and then quit . wow my dr is very happy I go see him tomorrow for this chest infection I hope I receive good news Everyone stay strong Thanyou <3

You should treat yourself with something from the money that you have not wasted on them nasty cigarettes

A good motivator if you are struggling is to ask yourself....Do you want to go through that first month again ....that will keep on you on the right track
